Summary
This PR introduces a functional dashboard for creating Organizations, Teams, and Applications, integrated with Google Authentication. This dashboard codebase can be decoupled from the API codebase and deployed on a separate domain once we are ready to do so.
This PR builds on #12 so run the db migrations before testing the dashboard and is open for review and feedbacks.
