Update Tailwind and PostCSS config according to

git is detecting the Tailwind file as a whole new one because I applied the configuration in the repo's .prettierc and the spacing changes were too big for git to match the files.

Works okay.

Now for development version of open-saas, Tailwind CSS will only work with wasp-cli (not wasp) while we don't publish a new Wasp version.

@vincanger For your information.

@FranjoMindek should we just wait to merge this until the next Wasp update then?

I would say wait, since we want to be able to develop the open-saas with wasp.

@FranjoMindek @cprecioso In the future, until we come up with something better, mark Open Saas migration PRs that wait for the release with the merge-before-release label.

The person migrating it can then easily find it during release. I think we forgot to mention the first part of this process in our release checklist, I'll add that in.
