The template used for initial configuration left a lot of unrelated things that just made it harder to observe what the workflow actually did. It has now been minimized to just contain the bare essentials.
- Remove redundant steps, e.g. explicitly running `cargo build`. - Use consistent names for jobs that also aligns with other workflows.
