Add Joshua Baker

Adds my /uses page to the directory.

• Entry added at a random position in the middle of the array, formatted to match neighbouring entries
• src/data.js is the only file changed; README left to auto-generation
• Validated locally: ESLint clean, and scripts/data-validate.js passes (schema + URL ping)
