I've used `sync` instead of `cp`, because it only does the copying, when file doesn't exist yet or wasn't modified. The `--delete` flag also takes care of deleting files that are not present anymore.
Once the content is finished all links will have correct reference path.

What's new in this PR?
This PR adds a workflow to authenticate to AWS S3, allowing for publishing the dev.wire.com website.
It also invalidates the CloudFront caches after publishing.
