i18n(fr): improve the wording in reference/experimental-flags

Updates the French translations in experimental-flags to improve the wording based on the French i18n guide updates:

• replace supporté with pris en charge
• replace pré-rendre/pré-rendement with (effectuer le) pré-rendu.
• translate prefetch/prefetching
• replace plugin with module d'extension
• replace ruptures with ruptures de compatibilité (breaking changes)
• translate changelog
• fix some translations (spécification > spéculation, langue > langage)
• rewords slightly some sentences to make the reading smoother
