i18n(de): Add tutorial pages (sections 0–2 + 6)

Description

This PR translates some tutorial pages to German.

Note

I wasn’t really sure, if I should use “bauen”, “erstellen” or according to the i18n guide, “erzeugen”. Also, I translated many tutorial pages a few days ago, I’m just committing them all with a quick double‐check now.

Remember, I also translated many slugs (#random-heading-name), where many of those pages don’t exist yet. And when they exist, they may not match up with the slug names I’ve committed in this PR.

I don’t think there is anything missing.

@trueberryless There is something important at the end of this entire tutorial translation stuff though, because after reviewing all of these PRs, I’ve seen that there are many inconsistencies on what word to use. So maybe we need to decide on which words to use at the end.

According to our guide, "hydration" should be translated as "Hydratation". The word appears a little too often in this guide, so I'd just be spamming review comments, but I think it should be changed.

I'm also not completely done reviewing, just got halfway done with 6/4, but I gotta work on other things for now.
