This PR introduces a rewritten version of the device loop.
It also adds:
1.) logging functionality
2.) Wi-Fi functionality
3.) work-ups for display and Wire functionality
4.) logic to generate unique device identifiers (and Wi-Fi hostnames)
This branch isn't code complete at this point, but it shows the future direction.
