Purpose
This PR adds changes required to handle the api-operator functionality when the operator artifacts are deployed in a different namespace than the default wso2-system namespace.
The
ARTIFACTS_NAMESPACEenvironment variable inoperator.yamlneeds to be updated when installing the operator for the operator to detect the relevant artifacts namespace during the runtime.Related issue - #443
