Grew the frontend team from 3 to 25 engineers, and a microfrontend migration cut release cycles from 1 month to 2 weeks and incidents by ~50%. Earlier: a mini-game SDK serving 250K+ daily users, and Core Web Vitals work on SEO-critical media frontends.
