## Description This PR refactors all workspace api methods so that they have the appropriate authentication. It also adds the following api categories to the workspace client: - artifacts - artifact versions - models - model versions - model version artifacts - pipeline snapshots - projects - secrets - tags
## Description Struct to add secrets (via the id) was not able to be filled and serialized/deserialized properly.
## Description Tags can be serialized/deserialized both as strings and as structs
## Description Adds `get_pipeline_run_status` to workspace client.
## Description This PR adds the get pipeline method and revises the list snapshots method to have an updated query.

Description
This PR migrates a zenml rust client that the ProMetronics team built into the ZenML org. It is currently running in production and contains a generator to create a client from workspace and management openapi specs.
