This PR adds documentation for installing ZeroTier directly on Synology NAS devices without Docker. This method is particularly valuable for ARM64-based Synology models where Docker (Container Manager) cannot be installed. - Added comprehensive instructions for compiling and installing ZeroTier - Updated sidebar to include the new documentation - Added reference in existing Synology doc to the direct install method - Includes version-agnostic installation approach for future-proofing - Added compliance statement regarding human-in-the-loop review
