  1. Multiple fixes to conf-compose tool, and other small changes.
  2. Rename conf-compose to liteflow-compose.
  3. Add desc in docker/README to use prepared config file.
  4. Provide English README docs, and fix English issues.
  5. Fix Dockerfile build issue.
