- fixed: React Hook "usePub" is called in function "listen_for_notifications"
- `usePub` is no longer neccessary, calling `emitter.emit` is okay
- `useSub` added generic typing, small refactor
- fixed: updated components that utilizes `usePub` + `useSub`
small refactor to adhere to rules of hooks.
