This commit introduces a comprehensive testing infrastructure for the `coldvox-text-injection` crate. It includes: - A test runner script (`run_tests.sh`) to automate the process of building and running the test suite. - A `TESTING.md` file that documents the testing process, including prerequisites and instructions on how to run the tests. - Enabled and expanded the real injection tests, including adding tests for the `kdotool` backend. - Fixed the build script to reliably compile the GTK test application.
