Seems I also added a driver interface in here. Pretty tidy.
Key bits to review is the Mutex class and the associated lock methods, prolly just the MySQL ones because lol who's using postgres with Sprout.
This works as-is but we'll bump kbphp to v4 once this PR is merged: Karmabunny/kbphp#16
