i18n: improve Turkish translation terminology

• Replace "proxy" with "yönlendirici" for better Turkish localization
• Update "yönetici" to "yetkili" for more appropriate terminology
• Ensure consistent Turkish technical vocabulary throughout

line has "{2}" param but that site doesnt has it, and gives warn about that param.

(maybe crowdin has old lang file, i used latest file that velocity outputs when started)
