fade will now inspect all mapped reads instead of just primary reads when running fade annotate. This will mean fade is better at ejecting or trimming supplementary or secondary reads that contain artifacts. Via internal testing I found that this should not effect INDEL variant calling.
In addition, I have reworked fade out's -c flag since there were bugs in the previous code.
The macOS (darwin) binary is a dynamically linked binary so the htslib (>= 1.13) and parasail shared libraries must be installed to use it (unlike the linux binary).
