Adds a top-level Docs menu item and
/docs/path to the site.Over time, the Guides section has evolved from simply containing user guides on how to navigate the Cryostat Web UI and learn how to work the various features to including advanced configuration options which do not appear or fit in the Getting Started guide. These advanced configurations and other textual information aimed at the person installing Cryostat should be separated from the visual guides aimed at the people using Cryostat.
