Food & Drink
Coffee. Matcha, when my caffeine levels are in the "critical" zone.
Fav food is sashimi (Salmon, Yellowtail, Escolar) with ponzu and wasabi.
Nighttime Ritual
I drink tea and read on my Kindle every night.
