[TASK] Use phpspreadsheet consistently
4a02f86 
- raise version numbers
- suggest the direct use of `phpoffice/phpspreadsheet` via composer
- suggest `EXT:base_excel` for legacy installations
- test for class existence of PhpSpreadSheet
