Example: visualizing calibration data with plotlens

Plotlens is a visualization tool for assessing calibration data. It renders an image the same size as the calibrated device, where the color of each pixel is set according to the amount of distortion at that point. A spectrum color mapping is used (red,orange,yellow,green,cyan,blue) where blue corresponds to the highest amount of distortion, and red/black the lowest.

The odd wavy distortions in the projector image likely indicate a poor quality calibration.
