#1887) Adds `cir::CtorKind::Move` to `CXXCtorAttr` for move constructors Add `cir::CXXAssignAttr` with `cir::AssignKind::{Move,Copy}` for move/copy assignment operators Per discussion in #1879 Updated lifetime checker to use the `CXXAssignAttr` instead of AST interface.
