Add the option WITH_Kinova to install all requirements for use of the Kinova (Gen3) robot in mc_rtc and MuJoCo.
Does not yet install the interface for usage on the real robot.

Thanks for the PR :)

As bota is not part of Kinova, it'll be better to create a superbuild extension with respect to your projects' dependencies

@mathieu-celerier Thanks for the contribution.

I removed all bota dependencies as it is not required by all users. Please consider adding them to your project extension.
I'll merge when ci is finished.

I agree that Bota sensors are not necessary for everyone using the Kinova. However, I think more people might be interested to use one for their robot or just borrowing one temporarily. Would it be possible to have the Bota sensor integrated as its own robot module that could extend any other robots RobotModule?
