Citizens App
The Citizens app provides you with an overview of all citizens.
Depending on whether you have set sync enabled in config.lua, all citizens will automatically appear in the app; they cannot be edited or deleted (buttons for that actions are not visible, too). Otherwise, the police must register each citizen individually.
In the biometric data section, you can assign a fingerprint or DNA to a citizen. To do this, simply press the edit button in the upper right corner and then select a fingerprint or DNA from an evidence item in your inventory from the respective drop-down menu. Then, when an evidence is analyzed in the fingerprint or DNA app, the linked citizen will be displayed as a database match.
In addition, notes can be created for each citizen. Created notes can be edited.
