feat: Rename clawdbot to openclaw

Wanted to use the Ansible and noticed it hadn't been renamed yet to OpenClaw (hopefully final rename :) )

PS: openclaw github owners need to / should rename repo to openclaw-ansible

Rebased on to current main and fixed conflicts. Also ran a full ansible deploy into an Ubuntu 20.04 vm.

Please can you get this merged in.

🔄 SWITCH TO OPENCLAW USER with:

sudo su - openclaw

OR (alternative):

sudo -u openclaw -i

This will switch you to the openclaw user with a proper
login shell (loads .bashrc, sets environment correctly).

After switching, you'll see the next setup steps:
• Configure OpenClaw (~/.openclaw/config.yml)
• Login to messaging provider (WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal)
• Test the gateway
• Connect Tailscale VPN

Thank you @steflsd for being the first to tackle the rename! You identified the need early (Feb 1) and got the ball rolling. Your work directly inspired the subsequent PRs. Much appreciated - the project is better for contributors like you who spot these opportunities and take initiative.

The rename is now live on main. 🎉
