Description

To correct variant calling errors we've identified:

  • Loosens the criteria to identify sequences as low complexity
  • Uses dynamic band padding for the banded alignment in surject
  • Switches to a more reliable (and cleaner) method for strand-independent left alignment
  • Fixes a bug in reference sequence extraction when checking for low-complexity anchors
