  • Reminder that the issue this PR was targeting (#4250) specifically discusses overlapping failures with Label in Name

  • An attempt to officially close this issue prompted another comment from the OP
  • Recap of what transpired on this issue last year: Ken gave advice on how the user could resolve the reported UX issue in MediaWiki, and Shawn attempted to tie up all the loose ends
  • Parallax may be a topic warranting further research in WCAG 3, but this issue isn't even effectively about parallax - it's about one part of the page scrolling while another doesn't, which would cast an extremely wide net (e.g. floating action buttons, sidebars, framesets)
  • Issue closed with final response pointing back to prior response aimed at resolving original issue
