### Cannot generate `Assets.car` despite having Xcode

Your active developer directory is using the standalone Command Line Tools but, to work properly `actool` needs to use the main Xcode installation

The app isn't signed. Either sign it with a Developer ID certificate, or users can bypass Gatekeeper:
