Ah right, I think this was a consequence of preparing screenshots at some point after the previous release. The way I opened up a UI where Alya could upload those was by creating the draft release early.
So I think that doesn't need a note here.
The change about "What to Test" notes causes some minor duplication
which seems nontrivial to resolve, and the old text risks being
misleading because the "remark above about release notes" looks like
it's about this text:
* For the release notes, use `tools/format-changelog notes`,
and fix formatting as needed.
which produces the whole merge log, not just user highlights.
