Meeting April 12, 2016

Absent: Matt #Agenda

• Deadline for Thursday is approaching and we need to know that status of controllers being programmed.
• A good way of tracking this information would be to move cards on Trello across the columns.
• We do not have a deadline past this Thursday so we should establish our own.
  Action Items Would Include
• Change site over to the new inVision mockups.
• Includes modifying controllers and html.
• Extensive user testing.

#Discussion To better our sense of what is getting done we've agreed that team members will begin each day by posting what they are plan to get done to Slack. Once they are finished working for the day they will post what they got done and any problems they are currently having.

Summary of who is working on what
Ethan: Exploring Laravel to find out whether or not it would be in our best interest to switch to it.
Matthew: Functionality to afford instructors the ability to organize students into groups per assignment.
Jacob: Currently encountering PHP errors on his development environment possibly due using a PHP version ahead of Chitna.
Steven: Adding support for assignments pertaining to an individual as opposed to groups of students.
Ashley: Creating an HTML view for viewing cumulative results.
Dylan: Modifying the student create evaluation html page to better illustrate the workflow.

We agreed on trying to move deadlines to being on Tuesdays to match with our Scrum meeting and using that time to plan our next steps. This could leave Tuesday to testing and Wednesday to fix whatever requires our attention. Since we do not have a deadline planned past this Thursday we decided to make our own for two weeks from Today.
Planned items include:

• Moving controllers and views over to Ashley's new workflow and UI. Some mockups exist for this new workflow but Ashley would like to re-establish them on Thursday to make sure everything is in place.
• Give the instructor better control of grouping students within assignments.

For Thursday

• Create support for assignments pertaining to individuals as opposed to groups of students.
• Allow students and instructors access to a page detailing cumulative results for each evaluation.
• Allow instructor to group students.
• Make emails the unique key for each user.

For Next Tuesday
