Create support ticket with logs attached

There is an automated option to collect and send logs to tech support. It raises a ticket automatically for them to evaluate any issues you might experience. The team will contact you on the email address you’ve provided when installing the node (which can be found in state.json) for the analysis results and possible fixes. To run the script use and confirm with ‘y’ to send the logs.
