Swap
The network has finshed a token swap from ERC-20 based token to native AMB. See for more information here. Exchanges Binance, Kucoin, Probit, HitBTC and P2PB2B have already completed the Swap and support native AMB for now on.
If you have ERC20 tokens and want to swap now, you can still deposit ERC-20 tokens to Binance (until further notice from Binance) which will then get swapped automatically to native AMB. Its always recommended to do a small test deposit first. The bridge (https://bridge.ambrosus.com/) is not active anymore and no longer an option to use for a swap. Also be carefull with asking support as there are scammers impersonation support on Telegram luring you to fake swap sites, never send your private key to anyone!

Additionally on the second bridge transaction Metamask may miscalculate for an extremely high transaction fee. In this case click the edit/advanced button in the Metamask fee UI and enter the Gwei according to the current rate from EthGasStation and 150000 gas limit to get it to work for a reasonable cost.
