Being listed as an author

If you have made a nontrivial addition to Firedrake then you are eligible to be listed as an author. Your name will appear in rereleases of the manual and you will be cited!

To add yourself please edit the team.ini file and add yourself to the [contributing-individual] section. Note that this change should be merged into the release branch of Firedrake.

Active vs inactive team members

If you were a member of the Firedrake team but have not made a contribution for 2 years you will be moved to the list of former members.
