Gaining access to the firedrakeproject GitHub organisation

If you are a persistent contributor to Firedrake then you will be added to the 'Firedrake contributors' team that is part of the firedrakeproject GitHub organisation. This will allow you to open PRs and have CI run without needing to ask for approval.
Core members of the team are added to 'firedrake-core' and have advanced privileges.
