LAN Party

We have hosted a LAN party event every Spring for many years, called WireVsWire. This is a fundraising event for the ACM club where anyone can sign up by purchasing a ticket. This ticket typically comes with a reserved seat, food, and snacks. The event lasts 12 hours and participants play games together. The money from the tickets are used to purchase food and snacks for the participants, while the ACM club gets some of the proceeds.

Our most recent LAN Party budget (Spring 2020) can be found here. This shows how many people attended, and a breakdown of all the purchasing.

We use a service called LanReg to manage sign-ups and process PayPal payments. The current email address associated with the WireVsWire LanReg group is [email protected]. NOTE: MAKE SURE TO CHANGE THE PAYPAL EMAIL IN THE SETTINGS ON LANREG SO THAT PAYMENTS GO TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.
